Craig has been in the consulting arena for over 25 years. After gaining considerable experience and knowledge working for a boutique legal staff consultancy, he founded this company in October 1987 and has been the Managing Director since 1992.

In this time Craig has developed an extensive clientele in both the corporate sectors and in private practice, as well as with a range of State and Commonwealth Government departments.
With these years of experience behind him, Craig is also the Executive Team Leader for Law Staff and is now consulted by medium and large organisations requesting his involvement in:

  • Partner acquisitions
  • Team extractions
  • Associate appointments
  • In-House Lawyer recruitment (locally and nationally)
  • Contract Lawyer secondments (from 1 to 12 months)
  • Business mergers and acquisitions
  • Strategic HR planning and employee relations
Craig is also periodically asked to sit on several internal panels to assist in senior level executive appointments, for example the recruitment at Director level for the legal team of a high profile Health organisation. He has appointed numerous partners to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier firms as well as taking a number of people in-house with notable organisations in the industry sectors of intellectual property, energy and resources, engineering and construction, property development and the like.

Craig instils in his team the methodologies of strategic and structured executive recruitment whilst embracing the highest principles of commercial ethics in everyday activities of the business. This approach has yielded countless successes and has forged many long term business partnerships within this market sector.

In his spare time, Craig enjoys playing golf and participating whenever he can in a variety of adventure activities such as whitewater rafting, canyoning, abseiling and scuba diving.
