1 - IN-HOUSE SENIOR LITIGATION LAWYER

Experience in civil or insurance litigation and understanding of legislative obligations in this space.

2 - COMMERCIAL LITIGATION & DISPUTES ASSOCIATE | 3+ PAE

  • WORK: You will be reporting to a highly experienced Commercial Litigation Partner alongside other specialists in the team and advise on commercial contract disputes; Partnership matters; Banking & finance litigation and some Insolvency & Bankruptcy.
  • CANDIDATE: Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years' post admission experience in commercial litigation or insolvency. An added bonus will be someone thats craving the opportunity to be involved in BD and feels they haven't been given that chance or have been held back - this opportunity is calling your name!

  • CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 5 years of post-admission experience, and will be operating at SA level.

  • CANDIDATE: To be successful in this role you will have 2+ years' of post-admission commercial litigation experience, and be eager to take the next step in your career.
