- Providing Body Corporate Advice;
- Acting on the Sale and purchase of businesses;
- Commercial leasing and franchising agreements;
- Providing corporate restructure advice;
- Advising on shareholder agreements;
- Establishing and maintaining strong relations with existing and new clients.
To be successful in this role you will have a minimum 2 years' of post-admission property, corporate and body corporate law experience, and be eager to take the next step in your career.
