THE ROLE:
Working within a close-knit legal team, you'll work closely with the General Counsel on a variety of matters including:
- Crafting Commercial Contracts and Leading Procurement Strategies
- Navigating Intellectual Property & Technology Law
- Championing Franchising Law Initiatives
- Mastering Competition & Consumer Law Dynamics
- Steering through Dispute Resolution
ABOUT YOU:
- Admission as a Solicitor in any Australian jurisdiction with an unrestricted practising certificate
- Minimum 7 years of post-admission experience
- Background in Corporate Commercial law and Technology Law preferred
- Exposure to Franchising Law is highly valued
- Proactive flexibility and ability to navigate legal landscapes independently
- Impeccable problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
